Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. You will assist Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers through voice, chat, and email, delivering fast and personalized support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions, and email inquiries from a diverse customer base.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide quick resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
