About the role

DATAMARK, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual CSR in Chihuahua to handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, resolve issues and deliver excellent customer support in both English and Spanish. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, updating account information and assisting customers by phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information on products or services
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Update account information as necessary
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members or departments
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through exceptional service

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • At least 6 months of call center support experience handling phone or email inquiries, complaint resolution or account updates
  • General computer literacy
