Contact Center Trainer - Interpretation Services

About the role

Datamark, Inc. is looking for a Contact Center Trainer for its Interpretation Services department. You will develop and deliver training programs that give candidates the skills needed to provide high-quality interpretation services, and you will also implement training materials, run training sessions and evaluate how effective the training is.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for contact center representatives in interpretation services.
• Create training materials, including manuals, guides and e-learning content.
• Run orientation and ongoing training sessions, in person and virtually.
• Evaluate trainees' performance against established standards and give coaching and feedback.
• Work with management to identify training needs and objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in interpretation services.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a contact center or training role, specifically in interpretation services.
• Strong knowledge of interpretation protocols and practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
