Boutique Sales Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As the Boutique Sales Manager for Chanel in Los Cabos, you will lead the boutique’s sales team and oversee daily operations to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with Chanel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage a team of five Fashion Advisors and one Stockist, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance reviews and regular briefings.
• Develop and implement the boutique’s business strategy, monitor sales, and analyse product performance to optimise assortment and inventory.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain strong product presentation.
• Prepare and deliver business and operational reports to regional leadership.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Chanel’s client experience standards and build lasting client relationships.
• Support boutique buying activities while respecting budget guidelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between the boutique and regional/Head Office priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a luxury fashion retail team.
• Strong understanding of Chanel’s brand image and client service expectations.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
