Boutique Sales Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As the leader of a Chanel boutique in Los Cabos, the Boutique Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance, leading a small team, and delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop a team of 5 Fashion Advisors and 1 Stockist, ensuring alignment with Chanel standards.
• Lead the boutique’s business strategy, monitor sales, analyze product performance and optimise inventory.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain strong product presentation.
• Prepare and deliver regular business and operational reports to regional leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all boutique procedures, policies and Chanel brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, support events and activations, and personally engage on the sales floor.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and boutique efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a retail team in a luxury fashion environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including coaching, performance reviews and team motivation.
• Ability to analyse business data and make recommendations on assortment and inventory.
• Commitment to delivering the Chanel brand experience and standards.
