Business Development Representative – Latin America (Hybrid)

About the role

Quadient is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support its Latin American market. Working closely with regional sales and marketing teams, you will generate qualified opportunities for enterprise software solutions and help the sales organization exceed its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified appointments for the Latin American sales team through outbound and inbound lead activities.
• Promote and follow up on marketing programs such as conferences, webinars, email and online campaigns.
• Conduct online research to identify target firms and decision‑makers in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC) and support database administration.
• Participate in regular cadence meetings with marketing and sales stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of telesales experience in the B2B enterprise software sector.
• Excellent phone presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business discipline.
• Self‑starter, independent and able to work in an international environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
