Business Intelligence & Category Management Analyst – Mexico City

About the role

As a Business Intelligence & Category Management Analyst you will support the Consumer Business Group LATAM division in Mexico, developing strategies that drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction across retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities for assigned product categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies focused on volume and margin expansion.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to improve portfolio offerings and drive innovation.
• Prepare performance dashboards and propose new services, products or practices to enhance customer interactions.
• Create replicable schematics for all CBG categories to be shared with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in validation, max 1 year).
• Minimum 3 years experience in category management, purchasing, sales, CPFR or marketing.
• Ability to propose and execute customer‑specific strategies.
• Willingness to travel once per quarter.

Required skills

• Data management and analysis using Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with market research tools such as Nielsen and Kantar.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic knowledge of market information.
