About the role
Flex is seeking a Training Facilitator to join its Guadalajara, Norte site. In this position you will support the development and delivery of training programs, provide feedback to staff, and help maintain quality standards across the manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track administrative activities and generate metric reports.
- Deliver training sessions, conduct feedback sessions, and coordinate courses for employees.
- Manage day‑to‑day personnel interactions related to training.
Required profile
- Technical or university degree (technical career or licenciatura).
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience or knowledge in quality assurance or quality identification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SMT (Surface‑Mount Technology) processes.
