About the role
AIG is seeking an experienced Casualty Head to lead marketing, underwriting, and servicing of casualty products, build strategic broker relationships, and drive portfolio performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee marketing, underwriting, and servicing of General Liability, Construction Liability, Environmental and CPI products.
- Build and maintain strategic broker relationships.
- Monitor renewal portfolio retention, rate changes, and exposure changes.
- Develop new business and cross‑sell opportunities across AIG divisions.
- Conduct P&L and portfolio analyses.
- Collaborate on product development with international leaders.
- Lead team building and development initiatives.
Required profile
- 10+ years of casualty underwriting experience.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, marketing and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English.
- Preferably holds a degree in Engineering, Business or Law.
