Channel Leader – Graphics Market (Monterrey)

About the role

As a Channel Leader for the Graphics Market, you will execute the local business model for the Graphics and Personal Auto division in Monterrey and Northern Mexico. You will develop channel strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitable sales growth while collaborating with distribution partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of channel strategies to increase distributor growth, sales performance, and market share.
• Identify business opportunities and convert them into actionable plans with channel partners to drive profitable sales growth.
• Monitor performance using KPIs such as sales, sell‑in/sell‑out, market coverage, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives across assigned channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution channel management, or business development.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to work remotely from Monterrey with up to 50% domestic travel.
