Client Advisor – Luxury Retail in Los Cabos

About the role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join its Los Cabos boutique. You will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise and creating memorable experiences for a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise clients, tailoring the in‑store experience to their individual needs.
• Utilise in‑house clienteling tools and systems to build and maintain long‑lasting relationships.
• Drive sales by understanding client preferences and recommending appropriate products.
• Uphold the brand’s standards of service, presentation, and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Thrives in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in high‑end or luxury retail, or a proven track record in a customer‑centric role.
