Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Los Cabos)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Orlebar Brown in Los Cabos, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a high‑touch, luxury shopping experience to an international clientele. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will combine product expertise with refined selling techniques to drive sales and reinforce the brand’s reputation in a resort‑driven market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client service that aligns with Orlebar Brown’s luxury standards, building and maintaining a client book to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement with local and visiting customers.
• Represent the brand consistently by upholding visual standards, store cleanliness, and merchandising guidelines.
• Support product launches, seasonal storytelling, and visual merchandising updates on the sales floor.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock receipt, replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Ensure the security of the store, merchandise, and assets at all times.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of luxury menswear and the ability to communicate product details confidently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for engaging high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ability to adapt selling approach to a destination‑focused, resort environment.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of store operations.
