Compliance Analyst – Risk Management & AML

About the role

The Compliance Analyst will support business and corporate functions in risk management and compliance, ensuring timely execution, monitoring and follow‑up of requirements from local, regional and HQ stakeholders in line with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT, sanctions and embargoes.
• Support the implementation, execution and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures and controls.
• Assess, monitor and report compliance incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and follow up on remediation actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect, validate and consolidate information for reporting, audits and committee reviews.
• Promote a culture of compliance through training, guidance and awareness campaigns.
• Assist internal investigations related to anti‑corruption, AML, conflict of interest or other compliance matters.
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports, dashboards and risk indicators for local, regional and HQ stakeholders.
• Support data‑privacy related activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of anti‑corruption (ABC), anti‑money laundering (AML), conflict of interest (COI) management, ethical investigations and whistleblowing.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to review and analyse corporate documentation, public records and regulatory information.
