Construction Estimator (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a growing U.S.-based construction firm on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for residential remodeling and commercial construction projects while supporting sales and project acquisition efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, overhead, and management costs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Review plans to identify scope, risks, and pricing requirements.
• Maintain healthy profit margins while staying competitive.
• Coordinate with leadership to clarify project scope and pricing strategies.
• Keep organized estimating records and meet bidding deadlines.
• Monitor U.S. construction pricing trends and market conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent estimating experience.
• Minimum 3 years of U.S. construction estimating experience.
• Strong background in residential remodeling and/or commercial construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
