Consultant – Identity Governance & Administration (Remote)

About the role

RSA is seeking a Consultant to help clients design and implement Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) strategies. The role is remote, serving customers in Brazil or Mexico, and involves advising senior IT leaders on security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating customized IGA strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models aligned with industry best practices.
• Present technical information to stakeholders, including CISOs, and influence IT decision‑making.
• Conduct strategic workshops to assess cybersecurity posture, identify improvement areas, and deliver high‑level designs.
• Develop clear presentations and proposals that communicate IGA transformation plans and business value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience on large‑scale security implementations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP (CISM a plus).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to customer sites as needed.

Required skills

• Consulting experience with RSA G&L (formerly Aveksa) or other IGA solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in LDAP and Active Directory.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Linux administration.
• Web application server configuration.
• Cloud infrastructure and web technologies.
• Shell scripting (desirable).
