Consulting Learning Facilitator

About the role

The Consulting Learning Facilitator will join IBM's Global Learning & Knowledge Faculty Shared Services team to design and deliver professional development programs for IBM Consulting professionals worldwide. You will leverage your consulting experience to create engaging learning experiences that build consulting expertise and client‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a portfolio of IBM Consulting Partner & Professional Development courses using pre‑developed material.
• Apply knowledge of desired learning outcomes and course subject matter to drive effective instruction.
• Facilitate role‑plays, feedback sessions, and individual coaching to raise self‑awareness and impact.
• Share real‑world consulting stories and business insights that illustrate course concepts.
• Maintain a constructive, inclusive learning environment for virtual participants across time zones.

Required profile

• Several years of consulting experience, including at least two recent years in a consulting role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience in stakeholder and project management; PMP certification is a plus.
• Comfortable working primarily remotely with virtual teams.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (optional).
