Contracts Manager

About the role

We are expanding across Latin America and need a Contracts Manager to support our growth in the region and globally. The role leads the Contracts organization, ensuring all legal agreements are drafted, negotiated, and tracked efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of agreements including confidentiality, master services, site, consulting, vendor and clinical study contracts.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations study teams to align contract deliverables with study timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and contracting standards.
• Update study team members on contract status and manage contract metrics.
• Maintain contract files, databases and archiving processes.
• Design and implement policies to accelerate contract execution and improve processes.
• Handle escalations and resolve contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree (4‑year college) in a scientific, healthcare, legal or business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts and site budgets.
• Proven experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
• Strong organizational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
