Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Communications Specialist will support the firm’s internal and external messaging, focusing on sustainability regulations, ESG topics, and the Assurance practice. Based in Mexico City, the role combines editorial oversight with the creation of visual and written content to enhance stakeholder understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage editorial content ensuring alignment with corporate branding and communication standards.
• Develop and publish material on sustainability regulations, frameworks, and ESG subjects.
• Create website content for the Assurance practice that explains processes, services, and methodologies.
• Design diagrams, presentations, and visual assets to simplify complex concepts.
• Produce and oversee a weekly newsletter to keep stakeholders informed of relevant developments.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve audience engagement and communication reach.
• Lead the staff values survey project, providing insights for organizational decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, or a related field with a focus on finance or sustainability.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of ESG topics and sustainability regulations.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
