About the role

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Corporate HR Manager to lead talent management and HR initiatives across its Mexico operations. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration in Tlaquepaque with remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent management processes, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Oversee corporate talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Support compensation and benefits programs with basic knowledge of best practices.
• Drive employee experience programs and initiatives.
• Utilise HR metrics and people analytics to make data‑driven decisions.
• Contribute to corporate HR projects with a results‑oriented, execution‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (executive level).
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in multicultural, complex corporate environments.
• Hands‑on experience delivering projects from concept through implementation.
• Highly pragmatic, agile, and results‑oriented professional.
