Creative Recruiter

About the role

Wirestock is seeking a Creative Recruiter to scale its unique talent network in the AI industry. You will source and hire creators—photo, video, illustration, game art, 3D and more—who power high‑quality datasets for leading AI labs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of high‑volume hiring for creative roles across multiple disciplines.
• Source creators globally via LinkedIn, niche platforms, creative communities, and direct outreach.
• Interpret project briefs and workload requirements to build precise talent pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with project and content teams to stay aligned on needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Onboard new creators, ensuring a smooth and structured experience.
• Maintain relationships with existing creators to guarantee timely delivery and long‑term partnerships.
• Keep hiring processes structured and efficient while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Occasionally support people‑ops tasks such as scheduling 1‑on‑1s, onboarding reviewers, and other administrative duties.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience specializing in creative talent (in‑house, agency, or freelance).
• Proven track record hiring at high volume across multiple creative disciplines.
• Ability to read project needs and quickly identify the right creative profiles.
• Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of where creators live online and how to reach them.
• Excellent relationship management and ability to keep large creator networks engaged.
• Strong outreach instincts, comfortable moving fast and owning results end‑to‑end.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
