Culinary Recruiter – Shipboard Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join Royal Caribbean Group’s Shipboard Talent Acquisition team as a Culinary Recruiter. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for chefs, cooks and other culinary professionals who work on our cruise ships, ensuring we attract top talent that can thrive in a unique, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for all shipboard culinary positions, including high‑volume and special‑project roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand forecasted talent needs and respond to just‑in‑time hiring requests.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for short‑ and long‑term staffing requirements.
• Manage requisitions, track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Monitor labour market trends and adjust sourcing approaches to stay competitive.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to assess candidate adaptability to the shipboard environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting chefs, cooks or other culinary staff, either in‑house or through an agency.
• Strong understanding of shipboard or hospitality staffing dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
