About the role
We are looking for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our automotive supply chain team. The role focuses on optimizing order processing, shipping and returns while acting as the main liaison between customers, production and distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and process customer demand, ensuring accurate planning and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on product shortages, delivery dates and price changes in relevant systems.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments and material assignments, communicating requirements to assembly plants.
- Organize emergency logistics and manage dispute processes through customer portals and process tools.
- Produce reports on inquiries, sales trends, complaints, delivery issues and product returns.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in customer contact or service within a Tier 1 automotive environment.
- Strong organizational, planning and decision‑making abilities, especially in emergency situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Degree or studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Conversational English proficiency.
