Customer Success Manager – LATAM (Audit Focus)

About the role

DataSnipper is looking for a Customer Success Manager with an audit background to own the success of a portfolio of LATAM accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to audit teams, driving adoption of DataSnipper’s AI‑powered Excel tools and ensuring measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a credible audit advisor to managers, senior auditors and engagement leads, translating DataSnipper capabilities into audit‑specific language.
• Lead onboarding, training and QBRs that map directly to audit workflows, sample testing and evidence management.
• Monitor account health using product data and audit‑specific signals, escalating risks and building success plans aligned to audit calendars.
• Communicate ROI in audit terms (time saved, risk reduction, quality improvement) and support expansion opportunities with domain knowledge.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, sharing audit workflow insights with product, sales and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Professional experience working in or alongside audit teams, with deep understanding of engagement lifecycles, sample testing and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently, delivering consistent outcomes without close supervision.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using CS tools, CRM platforms and product health metrics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, able to conduct stakeholder conversations in Spanish when required.
• Ownership mindset, collaborative spirit and adaptability in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment.
