Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Cybersecurity Engineer to join our expanding enterprise technology team. You will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application groups to embed security into every solution and help integrate newly acquired businesses into a unified security framework.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage security controls for Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
• Support endpoint security and device management using Microsoft Intune and related tools.
• Assist with cloud security initiatives for Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms.
• Monitor security events, investigate alerts, and support incident‑response activities.
• Enhance detection and response capabilities with EDR/XDR and SIEM solutions.
• Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive remediation and improve security posture.
• Facilitate secure integration of newly acquired companies, including identity consolidation and endpoint onboarding.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver secure‑by‑design solutions.
• Contribute to compliance initiatives, audit readiness, and governance activities.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT Security Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint security, device management, and vulnerability management.
• Experience in enterprise or distributed IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to balance security best practices with business needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
