About the role
We are reinventing how a modern legal organization handles its data and need a builder who is excited to lead that transformation. As a Data & Business Analyst you will own reporting and analytics for every firm under XM Legal Management, using a cutting‑edge stack that combines Power BI with Claude AI.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain intelligent, automated reporting pipelines.
- Leverage AI to generate, refresh, summarize, and explain reports.
- Provide leadership with fast, self‑updating insights instead of manual dashboards.
- Turn messy data into clean, automated visualisations.
Required profile
- Passion for turning data into actionable insight.
- Enthusiasm for AI‑driven analytics.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Required skills
- Power BI
