Desarrollador Android y Líder Técnico

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer who will also act as the technical lead for a series of automotive‑focused applications. The role is fully remote and involves guiding a team, ensuring high‑quality code, and delivering production‑ready apps for multiple OEM brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Android applications using Kotlin and Java, with a strong focus on modern architecture (MVVM/MVI) and coroutines/Flow.
• Lead technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and unblock the team on complex issues.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and ensure rigorous testing (JUnit, instrumentation).
• Integrate backend APIs, manage data layers with Room/SQLite, and handle offline behavior.
• Develop AAOS/Android for Cars apps, complying with in‑vehicle HMI and safety constraints.
• Collaborate with product owners using Agile frameworks (SAFe, Jira, Confluence).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or related engineering.
• 6‑10 years of professional Android development experience.
• Proficiency in English (B2‑C2 level).
• Experience delivering production‑grade apps for automotive or similar safety‑critical domains.
