Digital Account Manager – Full Time

About the role

Anderson Collaborative is seeking a Remote Digital Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for its portfolio of clients. You will translate client business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies and ensure successful execution by internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead weekly and monthly client meetings to present campaign performance, data analytics, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal media buyers, SEO specialists, and creatives to align campaigns with client objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell or cross‑sell agency services when beneficial.
• Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage expectations with professionalism.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management or client success experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort leading video calls with US executives.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (CST and/or EST).

Required skills

• Digital marketing metrics analysis (ROAS, KPI tracking).
• Interpretation of data dashboards.
