Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our online presence across email, website, and paid channels. You will own the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of our digital campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise email marketing programs, newsletters, nurture flows and automated journeys.
• Create, test and optimise landing pages in HubSpot to support campaigns, events and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Manage the corporate website – update pages, publish content, maintain functionality and ensure a high‑quality user experience.
• Partner with demand‑generation and content teams to translate campaign strategies into effective digital experiences.
• Maintain email and landing‑page templates that uphold brand consistency and scalability.
• Monitor and improve email performance metrics such as deliverability, open and click‑through rates.
• Analyse website and landing‑page performance, identifying opportunities to boost traffic, engagement and conversions.
• Support SEO initiatives through on‑page optimisation, metadata, internal linking and technical improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing across emails, landing pages and calls‑to‑action to continuously enhance results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing email marketing, website content and landing‑page creation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with demand‑generation, content and development teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on brand consistency and user experience.
