Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack Digital Marketing Specialist who will own the paid‑media strategy for a portfolio of 30‑40 medical‑spa clients. The role is remote and focuses on driving bookings and treatment revenue, not just lead volume.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly internal strategy meetings, analyse full‑funnel performance and decide when to scale, pivot or pause campaigns.
• Build, launch and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns daily, writing conversion‑focused ad copy and testing creative angles, audiences and offers.
• Audit and fix landing pages, design email/SMS sequences that move prospects to booked appointments.
• Connect ad spend to actual practice revenue and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers as the creative director and partner with an Account Manager on client strategy.
• Participate in client calls to explain strategy, intervene when performance dips and present growth recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Meta and Google advertising and a track record of measurable results.
• Proven ability to write compelling ad and landing‑page copy.
• Deep understanding of full‑funnel marketing and consumer psychology in the aesthetics industry.
• Comfortable presenting strategy and performance insights on client calls.
• Self‑starter who constantly tests new approaches and learns from competitors.
• Bonus: experience in medical aesthetics and familiarity with GoHighLevel.
