About the role

As the Director of Catering & Events at Hilton, you will lead the hotel’s catering and events functions, shaping memorable experiences for guests and team members alike. This senior position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to drive business growth and uphold Hilton’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑visibility leadership across all catering and event operations, collaborating with internal leaders and external partners.
• Monitor industry trends, represent Hilton in professional associations, and integrate best practices.
• Partner with the sales team to generate catering and events revenue, strategize large‑scale events, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, staffing, space utilization, and resource allocation.
• Champion a diverse, high‑performing team by embedding Hilton’s values, fostering a guest‑ and team‑centric culture, and engaging directly with staff.
