About the role

The RM Senior Manager leads a team of relationship managers, overseeing integrated sales and relationship programs for commercial clients. The role focuses on delivering client‑centric solutions, driving growth, and ensuring Citi’s market differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a professional team, including performance evaluation, hiring, compensation, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead integrated sales initiatives and relationship programs for commercial clients.
• Plan, budget, and control financial performance to meet strategic objectives.
• Assess and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with product specialists, risk, compliance, and other Citi businesses to achieve scorecard metrics.
• Contribute to standards and best practices across the sub‑function and the broader organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or sales management.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience managing people, budgets, and strategic plans.
