Director District – Hermosillo (Strategic Senior Manager)

About the role

The Director District in Hermosillo will lead strategic initiatives across the region, reporting to the Strategy Group Manager. This senior position combines leadership of cross‑functional teams with direct influence on senior management to drive commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop regional projects that improve business effectiveness and performance.
• Coordinate strategic information and presentations for top management across Latin America.
• Establish communication channels and influence senior leaders in various business areas.
• Develop processes for ad‑hoc strategic reporting and support.
• Engage multiple project teams, providing guidance throughout execution phases.
• Prepare recommendations on growth, product, segment, and cross‑business strategies.
• Assess risk, ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards, and supervise accountability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of strategic experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and influence decision‑making.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, including performance evaluation and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated risk‑assessment and compliance awareness.
