Director, IBP CoE Core

About the role

The Director of the Integrated Business Planning Center of Excellence (IBP CoE) will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Beer Division's IBP operating model. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that planning processes are standardized, data‑driven, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the IBP "North Star," including the initiative roadmap and maturity progression across demand, supply, financial integration, governance, data, and technology.
• Identify end‑to‑end value opportunities within the Beer Division, assess capability gaps, and quantify impact on forecast quality and financial alignment.
• Develop, maintain, and govern IBP standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent ways of working.
• Lead cross‑functional governance forums, steering committees, and decision‑making workshops.
• Partner with CoE Enablement and Execution teams to translate prioritized initiatives into delivered capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8–10+ years of supply chain and Integrated Business Planning experience, covering demand planning, supply planning, and executive/financial reviews.
• Proven track record designing standards, frameworks, or maturity models in a large matrixed organization.
• Experience facilitating cross‑functional governance forums and steering committees.
• Strong strategic planning, business acumen, and ability to influence without formal authority.
