Director, LATAM Commercial Organization People Leader

About the role

The Director, LATAM Market Commercial Organization People Leader is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy for HP's Commercial Organization across Latin America. This senior HR role partners directly with Market and Country Managing Directors to drive talent, culture, and inclusion initiatives that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Organization for the LATAM Commercial market, overseeing People Partners and Country PO teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with Market and Country Managing Directors.
• Design and execute people initiatives in organization & culture, talent & leadership, and inclusion.
• Drive core HR functions: organization design, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, executive recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and crisis management.
• Coach and develop a team of People Partners supporting Country MDs.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners to serve the employee population.
• Lead global Commercial Organization projects beyond LATAM, focusing on transformation, future‑of‑work, and talent strategy.

Required profile

• Proven executive coaching and advisory experience to senior business leaders.
• Extensive global organizational leadership background.
• High degree of discretion and strict confidentiality.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent project, process, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, relationship‑building, and influencing capabilities.
• Commitment to comply with HP Hybrid Work guidelines.
