Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management will lead the comprehensive revenue strategy for Omni Pontoque Resort at Punta de Mita, overseeing guestroom, food & beverage, meeting space, and ancillary revenue streams from pre‑opening through operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and sales strategies across all revenue‑generating areas to maximize RevPAR and market share.
• Maintain group and transient inventory controls and ensure distribution channel integrity.
• Conduct demand analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support short‑term and long‑term revenue projections.
• Partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Identify and act on incremental revenue opportunities based on historical demand, seasonal trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Serve as an Executive Committee member, providing strategic leadership to Rooms, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and other departments.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hotel or resort revenue management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and entrepreneurial leadership.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive revenue growth in a luxury, full‑service environment.
