Ecommerce Paid Media Creative Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Paid Media Strategist to turn innovative concepts into measurable e‑commerce growth for our women‑owned eyewear brand. Working remotely, you will bridge marketing, creative, paid‑media and copywriting to drive attention, clicks and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other paid‑media platforms.
• Identify marketing angles for product launches, promotions and specific customer segments.
• Create briefs that define target audience, hook, message, visual direction and desired action.
• Recommend and source footage, visuals, copy and demonstrations needed for each concept.
• Design and test variations of hooks, angles, formats and calls‑to‑action.
• Review existing ads, pinpoint opportunities to improve attention, engagement and conversion.
• Turn customer reviews, complaints and questions into creative opportunities.
• Research competitors, spot creative gaps and continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Remote full‑time availability, flexible hours focused on performance.
• Proven experience in paid‑media creative strategy for e‑commerce.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable creative concepts.
• Hands‑on mindset: capable of executing tasks, not just delegating.
