Event Operations Lead

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an Onsite Operations Team Lead in Mexico City. The role sits within the Operations team and coordinates and delivers high-impact initiatives, aligning teams, resources and priorities. It is a dynamic, hands-on position combining operational planning, team leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate operational plans covering all requirements.
• Lead the implementation of initiatives from planning through completion.
• Manage and support an onsite team, keeping everyone aligned and motivated.
• Spot challenges, make decisions and find practical solutions in fast-paced settings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Originals and other internal departments.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and build more efficient, scalable operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, operations or tech).
• Ability to speak Spanish and English.
• Organized, proactive, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in dynamic, ambiguous environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
