Events Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end event process for a fast‑growing startup operations business. The role is fully remote and serves clients in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, as well as LATAM markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from initial inquiry through event day, including quotes, proposals, contracts and invoices.
• Maintain client communication, handle last‑minute changes and ensure a smooth experience.
• Coordinate event staffing by contacting contractors, confirming availability and providing clear instructions.
• Build and maintain detailed event timelines and track supplies and inventory.
• Own the CRM (Triple Seat), keeping leads, communications and timelines up‑to‑date.
• Develop SOPs and internal systems from scratch to support rapid growth.
• Support the founder with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
• Assist with business development during slower periods, including lead sourcing and social media support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations or event coordination.
• 2+ years working with clients based in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Fluent English speaking and writing, client‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to learn new tools quickly; experience with Triple Seat is a strong plus.
