Executive Assistant to Director of Legal Operations (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of Legal Operations of a fast‑growing personal injury law firm. This remote, full‑time position ensures the director can focus on high‑impact initiatives by handling day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the director’s calendar, meetings, and project deadlines.
• Coordinate daily workflows, prepare agendas, documents, and follow‑up items.
• Maintain organized digital files, shared drives, and project‑management systems.
• Assist with case pipeline metrics, intake performance, and departmental KPIs.
• Support audits of case files, intake calls, and workflow compliance.
• Draft professional communications and facilitate information flow between attorneys, paralegals, and external partners.
• Track operational initiatives such as SOP rollouts, training implementation, and technology projects.
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance trackers using cloud‑based tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting leadership in law firms, legal operations, or professional services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage confidential information.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Personal injury law experience is strongly preferred.
