Finance Analyst – FP&A Specialist (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis activities within a manufacturing environment. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams to provide data‑driven insights that enable informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.
• Develop financial models, business cases and profitability analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Assist with month‑end close activities, account reconciliations and reporting requirements.
• Partner with operational leaders to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Support standard cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing setting.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost management and operational performance.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses, audits and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or FP&A, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
