Financial and Operational Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The Financial and Operational Compliance Coordinator will report to the Controller and ensure all financial and operational requirements across properties are owned, deadline‑driven, and documented. The role also includes collections specialist duties, overseeing site collection procedures and maximizing recoveries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a compliance requirements register with deadlines, owners, and evidence.
• Coordinate submission of approved documents for lenders, insurers, tax authorities, licenses and contracts.
• Control evidence such as inspection records, filings and certificates, tracking renewals.
• Conduct control checks on financial approvals and operational records, flagging gaps.
• Manage delinquency tracking, site collection SOP adherence, bond claim submissions and collection agency referrals.

Required profile

• Background in financial or operational compliance, property administration, or audit reviews with corrective actions.
• Strong analytical ability to verify approvals, balances and compliance evidence.
• Clear spoken and written English for internal and external communication.
• Detail‑oriented handling of confidential financial and resident data.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with shared cloud filing systems.
