About the role
The Fleet Issuance Analyst ensures correct and timely issuance of insurance policies, complying with company procedures and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Issue policies and endorsements for all lines of business, verifying mandatory documentation and calculations.
- Compare agent/client requests with underwriter proposals and notify underwriting of any differences.
- Register all information accurately in the system and ensure compliance with local regulatory rules.
- Coordinate with relevant areas for required approvals and maintain quality standards within SLA timeframes.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly.
- Analytical thinking for data analysis and decision making.
- Customer orientation with a focus on anticipating internal and external needs.
- Adaptability to new situations, individuals, and groups.
Required skills
- Data analytics understanding of quality performance data.
- Knowledge of business SLAs and key deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced/intermediate Excel.
