About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Strategist to design and execute a premium, education‑first presence on Instagram and TikTok for a life‑insurance professional. The role blends personal branding, short‑form video production, and organic audience growth to build a high‑end, invite‑only community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a complete social‑media strategy for TikTok and Instagram from scratch.
• Define content pillars, positioning, and a consistent posting cadence.
• Transform client ideas into polished short‑form videos, graphics, captions, and copy.
• Produce, film, edit, and publish Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts, and related assets.
• Lead the personal rebrand, establishing a cohesive, premium, education‑first identity.
• Educate audiences on life‑insurance, family protection, and generational wealth in an accessible, non‑salesy tone.
• Grow accounts organically, driving inbound interest, community engagement, and referrals.
• Track engagement metrics, report performance, and continuously refine the strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling TikTok and Instagram accounts with measurable results.
• Portfolio showcasing short‑form video creation, graphic design, and copywriting.
• Track record of developing personal or founder‑led brands, including rebranding projects.
• Strong eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics.
• Ability to simplify complex, finance‑related topics for a broad audience.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative, able to work independently.
