Front End Operator

About the role

CrownCrown Holdings is seeking a Front End Operator to work on the production line of its metal packaging facilities. You will be responsible for keeping the line running smoothly, ensuring material flow, product quality, and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise assigned production machinery at the front of the line following standard operating procedures.
• Make minor equipment adjustments to optimise performance and product quality.
• Monitor production parameters and perform basic quality‑control checks, reporting any anomalies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow operators and supervisors to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Document production records and any incidents according to established procedures.
• Comply with all company industrial safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably operating machinery.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Manual dexterity and capacity to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
