Fulfillment Analyst

About the role

As a Fulfillment Analyst within Ford's Manufacturing team, you will support North American supplier manufacturing by ensuring supply chain and logistics operations run smoothly. You will work with advanced tools to protect daily and weekly production schedules while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Use Ascent and Pega tools to monitor and protect plant schedules, preventing production losses.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in current operations to expand risk‑evaluation capabilities.
• Lead initiatives to reduce premium costs in collaboration with MP&L Logistics.
• Communicate risks and escalations to leadership and provide solution‑focused reports.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Purchasing, Supplier Technical Assistance, Supplier Operations, Product Development, and plant teams.
• Manage critical suppliers to meet Ford’s expectations and global terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of production planning and execution, preferably within Ford.
• Proven track record in inbound/outbound flows, demand‑supply planning, or warehouse management.
• Strong bias for action and problem‑solving mindset.
