Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer to build a proof‑of‑concept and drive it towards an MVP. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Full Stack Developer and Product Owner, delivering end‑to‑end features across the front‑end, back‑end and database.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end and back‑end features from wireframes using modern frameworks.
• Design, build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate external services.
• Support BI integrations such as Tableau Cloud, Power BI/Fabric and Sigma.
• Implement Okta SSO/OIDC authentication and role‑based access control.
• Maintain responsive, cross‑browser UI and ensure code quality with unit and integration tests.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Octopus) and manage DEV/TST/PRD environments.
• Perform database schema changes in PostgreSQL/RDS and support load‑testing and security reviews.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to increase productivity.
• Document technical decisions and participate in Agile ceremonies, reporting progress weekly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• React (or similar modern front‑end framework).
• Node.js.NET, Python or Java for back‑end development.
• RESTful API design and consumption.
• AWS cloud services (preferred).
• Okta authentication, OIDC and role‑based access.
• Git‑based workflows and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Octopus Deploy).
• PostgreSQL (or similar relational database) and Amazon RDS.
• BI tools: Tableau Cloud, Power BI/Fabric, Sigma.
• AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code.
