Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Good Traffic is an AdTech company that builds outdoor advertising platforms using geospatial data and real‑time analytics. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to develop and operate core product features for campaign dashboards, analytics, and customer‑facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end features across the frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Python) stack.
• Design and implement robust REST APIs, authentication, analytics, payments integrations, background jobs and webhooks.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and contribute to code reviews, design documents and technical documentation.
• Optimize performance and reliability for data‑heavy, near‑real‑time use cases such as maps, geospatial queries and analytics.
• Build serverless‑first services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM) and support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Containerize applications with Docker, add observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and lead production debugging.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Data teams to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python and React (Next.js a plus).
• Experience designing APIs, handling authentication/authorization, pagination, caching and idempotent webhooks.
• Proficiency with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL, and ability to write efficient queries and migrations.
• Familiarity with geospatial tools such as PostGIS or H3 and map rendering concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Comfort with Docker, linting/formatting tools, unit and integration testing, and basic observability.
• Practical experience using GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Fluent English communication and an ownership mindset.
