Full‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Under Armour is looking for a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive sales performance. You will support the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high‑performance culture where everyone thrives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends and make real‑time business decisions.
• Review merchandise reports and adjust product presentation to maximize sales.
• Ensure loss‑prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance.
• Rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain cross‑functional experience.
• Provide detailed product information to customers and communicate priorities, sales targets, and KPI goals to teammates.
• Support onboarding, continuous training, and collaborate with regional leadership and HR.
• Report accidents or injuries to store leadership immediately.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Fluent in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full‑time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lb (12 kg) each shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

• Comfort with hand‑held and mobile retail technology.
