General Manager – Riviera Maya Resort Complex

About the role

Bahia Principe is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its Riviera Maya Complex, a portfolio of five all‑inclusive hotels. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the complex, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the day‑to‑day operations of all five hotels, ensuring consistent execution of standards across the complex.
• Own full P&L responsibility, driving results through budgeting, forecasting, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement commercial and revenue strategies, monitoring occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction levels and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting cycles, financial closings, and operational KPIs to support strategic decisions.
• Lead CapEx and investment projects aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, ESG commitments, and safety regulations.
• Represent the complex with owners and key stakeholders, managing relationships effectively.
• Build and develop multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate degree a plus.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader in large‑scale resort or all‑inclusive environments.
• Demonstrated full P&L management with a strong focus on profitability.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, commercial and revenue management.
• Experience leading multi‑unit operations and diverse teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language is a plus.
