Global Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Global Logistics Coordinator will manage the movement of raw materials and finished wine and spirits across international supply chains. Working remotely, you will ensure shipments are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s premium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments from wineries, distilleries, suppliers and importers.
• Arrange outbound deliveries to distributors, retailers and key accounts.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to monitor transport performance.
• Resolve delays, damaged goods, and other logistics challenges.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local alcohol regulations (TTB, state alcohol boards).
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and import/export paperwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, and international shipping.
• Experience in the wine, spirits, drinks, FMCG or other regulated product environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management and shipment coordination.
• Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL partners, warehouses and distribution teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
